With a BSc in Land Management from the University of Reading, Chris qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1999 at Gerald Eve LLP in the West End of London. Chris joined King Sturge LLP in 2002, specialising in disposal and acquisition of office premises before moving to JLL’s Property and Asset Management team in 2008 where he focussed on management of multi-let office buildings. Chris joined Sanderson Weatherall LLP in 2017, becoming Partner and co-ordinating delivery of corporate real estate, property management, lease advisory and disposal and acquisition services.
Chris is an RICS APC Assessor and Governor at Kings Weston Special School.
